Guild Offers Funds, Installs Officers

NorthBay Guild presented checks adding up to $129,000 in support of local healthcare programs during its annual installation luncheon Jan. 7. Guild President Patricia Dennis led the slate of officers who were all reinstalled to serve another term in office.
Serving again as vice president is Floyd Hicks, with Secretary Janet Adema, Treasure Amy Gella and Assistant Treasurer Dorothy Hicks.
During the presentation, a check for $84,500 was presented to NorthBay Healthcare President/CEO Gary Passama, representing funds pledged to cover wish list programs at NorthBay Healthcare, such as the nursing simulation laboratory and the hospital's care cart project.
A check for $45,000 was presented to NorthBay Healthcare Foundation Chairman Bill Fell representing the money raised during the Guild's 2009 Golf & Tennis Classic.
