Well, 2012 promises to bring a new set of opportunities and challenges. My team and I look forward to both. A personal new-year resolution is to increase my communication - with not only my staff, but you, the patients we serve and the public in general.
A major part of being involved in a trauma system is outreach, education and injury prevention. We are fortunate in Solano County to have a stellar lineup of agencies that coordinate emergency medical services. We have effective partnerships with other health agencies in the county to ensure those who need us most have a network to rely upon for great care and treatment.
