Car parking at NorthBay Medical Center can be a challenge.

Even at VacaValley Hospital, additional parking lots have been added further from the hospital. Usually I don't have to  think about it. I am lucky that I can park my bike inside our offices, both at VacaValley and NorthBay. Bike Parking at VacaValley might become even more scarce than car parking.

There is no bad weather, just bad clothes!  This is supposedly an old Scandinavian saying. I also like to say, "This is California for Pete's sake."

It is very rare that you can use weather as an excuse for not riding year-round and I do not belong to a gym!
